BUILDING FUND / Cornerstone Awards
The Worshipful Master has started a recognition program to show the Lodge’s gratitude to those who have contributed to the Lodge’s Building Fund. The following is how our members/donors are recognized for their contributions to this fund:
APPRENTICE BUILDERS: Those giving $100 to $499 to the Building Fund will have their name printed in the Trestleboard, in a special section of the website, and on a plaque prominently displayed in the Lodge building.
FELLOW CRAFTSMEN: Those giving $500 to $999 to the Building Fund will have their name printed in the Trestleboard, in a special section of the website, a certificate of appreciation, and on a plaque prominently displayed in the Lodge building.
MASTER ARCHITECTS: Those giving $1,000 to $9,999 or more to the Building Fund will have their name printed in the Trestleboard, in a special section of the website, a certificate of appreciation, and on a very special plaque prominently displayed in the Lodge building.
GRAND MASTER ARCHITECTS: Those giving $10,000 or more to the Building Fund will have their name printed in the Trestleboard, in a special section of the website, a gold certificate of appreciation and have their name on a very special plaque prominently displayed in the lodge building.
The Worshipful Master invites all members to consider donating to this very important fund which will help keep our Lodge building in good order for the future.
Please note: since Fairfax Lodge No. 43, AF & AM is exempt under IRS Code 501(c)(8) the contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions on a member’s tax return.
